I don't know what's with men and motorcycles these days.

But it sure does pretty exciting to see them compete in motorcycle races. But how about a speed test competition to build a motorcycle? Interesting, right?

The pioneer in the motorcycle industry, Yamaha Motor Philippines Inc., continues to create relevant events that uplift the standards of service in the country. The first-ever Technician GP happened last March 19, 2014 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. With the tagline, Making a Difference in the Race for Service Excellence, the TGP was a big leap in upgrading the skills of Yamaha’s technicians.

The battle was participated by certified YTA technicians with a minimum level YTA silver who is a regular employee with at least one year of work experience in Yamaha 3s shops. Yamaha Motor Philippines Inc. sparked the birth of excellent technicians who have the ability to provide exceptional service resulting to superior one-on-one customer care.

Experience service that continues to rev your hearts, trust only Yamaha.

DJ Chiki Boom-Boom is the new Lesofat Endorser

Before and After: ARBIE “Chiki Boom-Boom” BELMONTE/Latest LESOsFAT endorser

When you get to see her first time, one can tell that she has the looks. However, her weight and body structure “upstages” her appeal.

Rubianne Nazaire Belmonte or “Arbie” to her friends is the latest endorser for Lesofat, an anti-obesity drug marketed by InnoGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She was formally introduced  at a recently concluded sales rally of InnoGen.

“Arbie” is also the very talented, fun, versatile, voice behind “DJ Chiki BoomBoom” of ABS-CBN MOR 101.9. Her program “Ready, Get More!” airs on weekdays, from 9am to 12pm.

She is also an Associate Producer for programs “On- Air”, “Heartbeats”, “Pinoy Hits”, “Yun na as in!”.

Arbie started her weight management program with Lesofat November of last year. Her weigh-in was 157 lbs. In 81 days, she now lost 15.3 lbs. She now tips the scale at 141.7 lbs and still going down some more.

The action of Lesofat is actually preventing the body from absorbing some of the fat from the food you eat. When taken 3 times per day with meals, LESOFAT blocks about 1/3 of the fat you eat from being absorbed. Instead, this fat passes through your intestines and is excreted in your stool. When you absorb less fat, you take in fewer calories, which cause weight loss. LESOFAT is significantly more affordable in terms of daily treatment cost, which offers savings and better patient compliance towards successful weight loss.

She finished her her AB Communication Arts degree in Colegio de San Juan de Letran. She has had extensive working experience in advertising and PR. Besides her busy schedule with MOR 101.9, our Lesofat lady has her hands full with events hosting and creative consultancy.

LESOFAT is available in 60 and 120mg capsules, at all Mercury Drug, Watsons, South Star Drug and leading drug stores nationwide. To see more of LESOFAT updates and events, check out  http://www.orlistat-lesofat.com/.

The country’s first medical spa, The Zen Institute, recently opened its newly-renovated Quezon City branch.

The Greek-inspired evening was equally enchanting with the presence of Zen endorsers, television and radio personalities, politicians and fashion & wellness icons.

Located at 69 Scout Rallos, Quezon City, the 500sq facility provides a full spa service, aesthetic treatment, and wellness center. To further strengthen Zen’s philosophy, the Quezon City branch now houses customized programs on Yoga and Zumba to go with Zen’s total wellness approach.

According to Dra. Mary Jane “MJ” Torres, Medical Director for The Zen Institute, “the very essence, the foundation that makes a medical spa – truly a medical spa is if it is able to fuse, blend, integrate without cutting corners the four elements: Aesthetics, Integrative Medicine, Pampering and Lifestyle.”

The fusion of these four pillars were unveiled with a mime presentation, with an interactive paint gallery on the background.

The renovation of Zen Quezon City branch is just one of the expansion programs to look forward to this year, on top of upcoming  promos, signature programs and new endorsements.
Other branches of The Zen Institute are located at The Global City and Batangas. For your booking appointments, contact The Zen Institute at 69 Scout Rallos St., Tomas Morato, Quezon City (441-1712; 412-2528).
